What a great choice here along this stretch of Kingsway! Not enough pubs.

Ordered the seafood melt, w/ plenty of cheese, tasted yummy. Opted for the green salad, also very fresh w/ sliced cucumbers, diced tomatoes, green peppers and the usual good leaves.

Has a few high def tvs, and pretty cool booth seating. Friendly staff, and didn't pressure any upselling for drinks, tho it was only lunch ;)

Also have a pretty good choice for desserts, next time I'll try the chocolate mocha cheesecake.

Plenty parking along kingsway & side streets.

I'll be back. esp for the breakfast served til 5pm daily, just a much better alternative than's Bon's!

O Tipper!  We met a few years ago, you were the new kid in town.   We just seemed to click, you know.   Things have been great since the very beginning when you was new.  Everything has continued to be wonderful even as things change and develop.  It's always fun to hang out and all my friends love you.  The perfect relationship!

Fastest way to this girl's heart is through her stomach, that's for sure but once I gave you my heart, you took good care of it.   You take good care of your friends, like your customers and your staff.   That's one of the things I really, really like about you.

You mean so much to me Tipper that I wanted to make you my milestone 400th review in a row because you've also got a long history here on Yelp, and a long history with me.   Thanks for being so wonderful and welcoming.

Happy Valentines Day

Another unassuming win. 

There are some restaurants that are irresistible, cozy and sweet. But when you leave you smell like em for the next few hours. @thetipper you will only smell like the tasty eats you spill on yourself while enjoying our eats. Blessed with intense kitchen exhaust fans, talented local artist & cool customers. Happy valentines day from your buds at The Tipper.

Running Gallery: Adam Briggs Paintings are for sale, as always with 100% of the proceeds going to the Artist.
